Mapco will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by this website including but not limited to any performance failures, errors, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, computer virus, or line failure.

Vendor Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders must not be executed at a higher price than those specified on our PO. If pricing is inaccurate, or delivery cannot be met, contact purchasing for approval before proceeding. Late deliveries may affect your supplier rating. Charge backs will incur when applicable. Over shipment will be refused and debited at time of payment, unless authorized. Raw material shipping tolerances is ± 5% only and must be DRC conflict free. All Mapco products are to be handled with care and returned in their original containers with proper tag(s) attached. Product is to be packaged to prevent any damage during shipment. Mapco and our customers reserve the right to verify conformance of supplied product/services at premises.

 

All contractors and subcontractors shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, and for inquiring about, discussing or disclosing compensation. Sales/Use Taxes

Pricing does not include any sales, excise, use or other taxes, brokerage fees or duties. Buyer will be liable for all such taxes, brokerage fees, duties or tariffs.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders through the website will be billed at the current prices, and any typographical errors will be subject to correction.

Due to the current pricing matrices on this website and rounding differences. The actual cart pricing may be slightly different then your actual billing amount.

Delivery

All orders will be shipped and back-ordered within 1 day. Dowel Pin orders with flats will be shipped within 2 days. Mapco offers a variety of different shipping options. We will ship orders by UPS ground, Blue-2nd day air, Red-Next day air. Shipments will be UPS collect or prepay and add. If at any time the order exceeds UPS maximum weight we will ship by freight carrier. Freight carrier will need to be specified by customer and will be sent collect. All orders are FOB shipping point Canton, MI.

Damaged Merchandise

If a UPS shipment arrives with visible damage, refuse the shipment. If a UPS shipment arrives with hidden damage, review the contents and extent of the damage and keep the original packaging for the carrier’s inspection. Damage to trucking shipments must be noted at the time of shipment. If there is visible damage, sign the carrier’s delivery receipt as package received damaged. If there is hidden damage contact the carrier as soon as possible and keep the packaging for inspection. Call Mapco at 734-829-0020 and speak with Customer Service within 24 hours to report damaged merchandise.

  • Pull Dowels package quantity 20 pcs per size.
  • Alloy Dowels package quantity 100 pcs per size.
  • Terms: Net 30.
  • FOB: Canton.
  • No Returns after 90 days.
  • No Broken packages.
  • Return Authorization Number Required.
  • Restocking Fee.
  • Special discounts available on quantities over 100 pieces in bulk packaging.
  • Box packaging ready to be displayed on your shelf are list price.
  • All pins are lot numbered for traceability
  • Pricing subject to change due to material increases and availability.

Condition of Sale: Custom Parts

  • Terms: Net 30.
  • FOB: Canton.
  • No Returns after 90 days.
  • Mapco reserves the right to ship ± 5% of the order quantity.
  • All returns must have prior approval and require Return Authorization Number.
  • Any part modified or altered by someone other than MAPCO is not subject to return.
  • Cancellations are granted only when parts are still in process. Buyer agrees to pay for material and labor cost incurred. Completed parts are not subject to cancellation and Buyer agrees to pay purchase order price.
  • Engineering changes must be submitted immediately. Pricing will be adjusted to reflect changes. If parts are in process or completed and cannot be modified Buyer agrees to purchase and pay according to original agreement.
